Producer, Performer & Production Design
After realising something isn't quite right, Ebony must confront the unknown terror that lies in her house.
For Monsters Aren't Real, I acted, produced, and production designed this 1950s Australian horror comedy short, creating an immersive period world that grounded the psychological terror of the narrative. I collaborated closely with SFX & Make-Up Artist Colin Wilson, who crafted an incredibly detailed full prosthetic face, horns, and costume for the monster, ensuring the practical creature design seamlessly integrated with the production design and elevated the visual impact of our protagonist's confrontation with the unknown.
